Participation

Participants can register online via our registration form available on the official IDC homepage at http://idc.unisonsteadfast.com/registration/. Onsite registration is not available.

Registration Deadline
Please kindly note that registration will close on June 25, 2021 at 7:00 p. m. (CEST). Registration for virtual attendance will close on August 15, 2021 at 7:00 p. m. (CEST). Late registrations will be available upon request and are subject to availability.

Registration Fees
Registration Fee includes admission to all sessions, additional events (gala dinner, evening receptions, coffee breaks, lunches) and shuttles to the events as well as all presentations and material available post conference.

Conditions of Participation

1. Payment of Registration Fee

The registration fees have to be paid in advance prior to the conference. We will invoice you accordingly. Admission to the conference and all social events will be refused if payment has not been received.

2. Cancelation and Refunds

unisonSteadfast must be notified of any cancelation in writing (i.e. by e-mail or fax) by June 25, 2021 for in-person attendance and by August 15, 2021 for virtual attendance at the latest. Cancelations received after the respective deadline and no- shows will not be refunded. Cancelations of Late Registration cannot be refunded. Participants submitting notice of cancelation after the respective deadline or failing to show up for the conference will be charged the full participation fee as well as the hotel booking if the room cannot be resold (please kindly refer to the extended deadline for hotel reservations in connection with COVID-19).

3. Liability and Compensation

Should the conference be disrupted or even prevented from taking place altogether as a result of unforeseen political events, industrial action or force majeure, the organizers shall not be liable to pay any compensation. Furthermore, the organizers deny liability for any personal loss by or injury to participants during the event. Participants are recommended to take out their own personal insurance if so required.
