Registration fee (Full Conference Pass) includes admission to all sessions of the conference program and networking events (Gala Dinner, evening receptions, team building activities and shuttles to the events) as well as all presentations and material available post conference.
Registration fee (Evening Receptions Only) applies to spouses/guests travelling with you to the event. The fee includes admission to all networking events of the program (Gala Dinner, evening receptions, team building activities and shuttles to the events).
Please kindly note that all travel and hotel expenses are not included in the participation fee and are to be paid individually. The conference sessions are for attendees (Full Conference Pass) only.
Carton House is the official conference hotel of the IDC 2023.
Discounted rates at the main conference hotel are available from EUR 350 and valid for the participants of the conference only. Upon request, conference rates can be allowed two days pre and post the event, subject to availability. To guarantee the negotiated conference rates for the IDC 2023, all reservations are to be made in accordance with the booking instructions which will be sent to you by UnisonSteadfast with your registration confirmation.

At present, we offer payment by credit card. An invoice will be sent to you with your registration confirmation e-mail.
Registration fees must be paid prior to the conference. Admission to the conference will be refused if payment has not been received.

UnisonSteadfast may cancel the planned in-person event in case of force majeure, being force majeure any unforeseeable circumstances which are unavoidable and make it impossible to host an event such as war, revolts, terrorist acts, pandemics, natural disasters or any other cause that seriously affects the place where the event is planned to be hosted. In case of a cancelation through UnisonSteadfast, UnisonSteadfast will provide refund for the participation fee. Refunds will not be provided on any flights, accommodation, or other expenses

UnisonSteadfast must be notified of any cancelation in writing (via e-mail) by April 1, 2023 at the latest. Please kindly note that cancelations received after April 1, 2023, and no-shows will not be refunded. Cancelations of Late Registration cannot be refunded.
An alternative delegate name may be provided in writing and the registration and funds will be allocated accordingly.
On-site registration is not available. Late registrations will be available upon request and are subject to unisonSteadfast’s approval. Please email our team at idc@unisonsteadfast.com.
