On-site registration is not available.
Registration for the in-person event will close on April 1, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. (CEST). Late registrations will be available upon request and are subject to UnisonSteadfast’s approval.
Registration Fee
Registration Fee includes admission to all sessions of the conference program and networking events (Gala Dinner, evening receptions, team building activities and shuttles to the events) as well as all presentations and material available post conference.
Travel and hotel expenses are not included in the participation fee and are to be paid individually.
Payment of Registration Fee
Registration fees must be paid upon receipt of the invoice and prior to the conference. We will invoice you accordingly. Admission to the conference will be refused if payment has not been received.
Cancelation by UnisonSteadfast
UnisonSteadfast is currently planning an in-person event. Should the need arise to change to a fully virtual program, UnisonSteadfast will communicate to you accordingly.
Force Majeure
UnisonSteadfast may cancel the planned in-person event in case of force majeure, being force majeure any unforeseeable circumstances which are unavoidable and make it impossible to host an event such as war, revolts, terrorist acts, pandemics, natural disasters or any other cause that seriously affects the place where the event is planned to be hosted.
In case of a cancelation through UnisonSteadfast, UnisonSteadfast will provide refund for the participation fee. The refund will be returned as soon as practicable via the same payment method as the original receipt of funds.
Cancelation by attendee
UnisonSteadfast must be notified of any cancelation in writing (via e-mail) by April 1, 2023 at the latest. Cancelations received after April 1, 2023, and no-shows will not be refunded. Cancelations of Late Registration cannot be refunded. However, an alternative delegate name may be provided in writing and the registration and funds will be allocated accordingly.
Participants submitting notice of cancelation after April 1, 2023 or failing to show up for the conference will be charged the full participation fee.
Where there are extenuating circumstances, a refund outside of these terms in this document may be considered by, and at the discretion of UnisonSteadfast.
Liability and Compensation
Should the conference be disrupted or even prevented from taking place altogether as a result of unforeseen political events, industrial action or force majeure, UnisonSteadfast shall not be liable to pay any compensation. Furthermore, the organizers deny liability for any personal loss by or injury to participants during the event. Participants are strongly advised to take out their own personal insurance.
Carton House is the official conference hotel of the IDC 2023.
The group conference rates are exclusive and valid for the participants of the conference only. Upon request, conference rates can be allowed two days pre and post the event, subject to availability. To guarantee the negotiated rates for the IDC 2023, all reservation requests are to be made within the group booking for the contracted room block.
Instructions on your hotel reservation will be sent to you by UnisonSteadfast with your registration confirmation. The official deadline for all hotel reservations is April 28, 2023.
Please be kindly advised that room rates and availability cannot be guaranteed after this date.
Accommodation booking will require credit card details, so that a one-night deposit can be charged. Credit card details are to be submitted to Carton House. Payment of all charges to the hotel will be required upon check-out.
All changes/cancelations shall be made in writing and sent via e-mail to idc@unisonsteadfast.com. All cancelation requests are subject to the following conditions:
If the guest cancels or modifies the hotel reservation before the official deadline for reservations on April 28, 2023, no penalties will be charged. All cancelations received after this date can be charged for the whole stay if the room cannot be resold.
Booking modifications after the official deadline for reservations are available upon request and are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Carton House.
UnisonSteadfast is currently planning a in-person event. Should the need arise to change to a fully virtual program, UnisonSteadfast reserves the right to release the entire room block reserved for the event. No cancelation fees apply in the case of the room block cancelation through UnisonSteadfast (Force Majeure).
We are committed to protecting the privacy of all personal information you provide for this event registration. Your personal information provided including your name, position, organization, address, phone details and a photo (optional) will be displayed on the UnisonSteadfast conference app and provided to our sponsors.
In relation to COVID-19, your name, phone number and email address may be provided to the venue/s for contract tracing purposes. Your information will be kept in a secure file and will only be provided to the local authorities on request.

By registering for the IDC 2023, you acknowledge and consent that during your attendance at the IDC 2023 your image or voice may be recorded via video, photograph, which may be distributed or published at the discretion of UnisonSteadfast. If you do not wish to be recorded, you are required to formally advise to email UnisonSteadfast at idc@unisonsteadfast.com.
