Registration

Please follow the prompts on our website. If, however, you require assistance, please e-mail our team at idc@unisonsteadfast.com.
The registration fee includes admission to all sessions of the conference program and networking events (Welcome Reception, Gala Dinner, Team Building activities and shuttles to the events) as well as all presentations and material available post conference.

Please kindly note that all travel and hotel expenses are not included in the participation fee and are to be paid individually.

Spouses and non-insurance partners are invited to join the networking receptions of the IDC at the discounted registration fee. Please purchase “Networking Receptions Only” when registering your spouse or a non-insurance partner. Please kindly note that all accompanying persons must be registered prior to the event. On-site registrations will not be accepted.
To amend your registration, please click on the respective link you will find in your registration confirmation e-mail.
At present, we offer payment via bank transfer. An invoice will be sent to you after your registration has been successfully submitted.

Registration fees must be paid before the conference starts. Admission to the conference will be refused if payment has not been received.

Accommodation

Hilton Mexico City Reforma is the official conference hotel of IDC 2026.

Discounted rates at the main conference hotel are available from EUR 325.- (including breakfast & VAT). The discounted rates are available from November 3, 2026, through November 7, 2026, and are valid for the participants of the conference only. To guarantee the negotiated conference rates for the IDC 2026, all reservations are to be made via the hotel booking link, which will be sent to you by UnisonSteadfast with your registration confirmation.

Please kindly note that UnisonSteadfast pre-reserves a room block at the main conference hotel, however, we do not automatically provide accommodation for the conference. All reservations are to be made individually via the hotel booking link, which will be sent to you by UnisonSteadfast with your registration confirmation.

 

Accommodation booking will require credit card details. 100 % of the entire stay (including applicable taxes) will be charged upon reservation. Credit card details are to be submitted to Hilton Mexico City Reforma.
UnisonSteadfast must be notified of any cancellation in writing (via e-mail) by September 3, 2026, at the latest. Please kindly note that cancellations received after September 3, 2026, and no-shows will not be refunded if your room cannot be resold.
The official deadline for all hotel reservations is September 1, 2026.

Please be kindly advised that room rates and availability cannot be guaranteed after this date.

Cancellation

UnisonSteadfast must be notified of any cancellation in writing (via e-mail) by September 1, 2026 at the latest. Please kindly note that cancellations received after September 1, 2026 and no-shows will not be refunded. Cancellations of Late Registration cannot be refunded.
An alternative delegate name may be provided in writing and the registration and funds will be allocated accordingly.
On-site registration is not available.

Late registrations will be available upon request and are subject to UnisonSteadfast’s approval. Please e-mail our team at idc@unisonsteadfast.com.

Our normal refund policy as outlined in the Terms and Conditions applies.
UnisonSteadfast may cancel the planned in-person event in case of force majeure. Force majeure is defined as any unforeseeable circumstances that are unavoidable and make it impossible to host an event such as war, revolts, terrorist acts, pandemics, natural disasters or any other cause that seriously affects the place where the event is planned to be hosted.

In case of cancellation through UnisonSteadfast, UnisonSteadfast will provide a refund for the participation fee.

Refunds will not be provided on any flights, accommodation, or other expenses.

Yes. Mexico City is a vibrant and busy metropolis. Staying vigilant—being aware of your surroundings, keeping personal belongings secure, and traveling in groups—will help ensure a safe experience.
Yes. All official event venues will have professional security and access control. Attendees should remain vigilant, follow staff instructions, and keep their badges visible.
Our event partner CTA DMS is happy to provide an individual pick-up service from the airport.
Yes. Organized transportation will be provided for all official activities.

Our event partner CTA DMC ensures a safe, well-coordinated, and fully supported environment for all participants.

An emergency contact (24/7) will be provided to each attendee upon arrival.
