Muriel Mercier started her insurance career at UnisonSteadfast in  2012 during her Business Administration BA studies at BSP Business & Law School.

After building and further developing practical skills in  the Finance and Account Management Departments and becoming Junior Manager, she took on the position of Head of Business Organization in  2018. As a Project Manager, she has been supervising several projects  from IT and marketing to claims and risk management.

In 2020,  Muriel was appointed Director Business Development and has since been responsible for the following business areas: Quality Management, Data  Protection, Marketing & PR, Process Management, Sales &  Distribution Management and Risk Management.
Furthermore, she is actively involved in client management on an operational level and  serves as the first contact point for Steadfast Group Australia and its  network brokers.

In January 2026, Muriel assumed the role of Vice President of UnisonSteadfast AG.

Rolf Diekhoff is Director of Account Management at the headquarters of UnisonSteadfast AG in Hamburg, Germany.

He has been with UnisonSteadfast since its founding in June 2005 and has played a key role in the company’s development and the expansion of its network. Before joining UnisonSteadfast, he served as an operative team leader at a consulting firm specializing in international insurance business.

His academic background is in economics, with a focus on macroeconomics.

Stephan Hillert is a senior advisor to the global risk and insurance market. Over more than 20 years, he has built businesses on both sides of the industry — founding and running his own brokerage before going on to lead growth within a global insurance carrier. Konstantin Narykov graduated from University of Trier with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language, Linguistics and Literature as well as Economics and became a Certified Expert for Insolvency Management in 2021. Narykov strongly focuses on supporting companies during restructuring distressed M&A processes. He joined gracher in February 2018, working as a surety specialist. Over the years, his scope of activities has included the development of new products such as the bonding management software " Surety Manager", onboarding and introduction of foreign Sureties into the German market and general consulting in the surety area.

Konstantin Narykov has won three innovation awards at Gracher.

As a speaker, he presented at DealSourcing as well as to renowned private equity investors on the role of surety bonds in the M&A process. He has also contributed to a Finance Think Tank podcast, where he spoke about post-closing integration.
