By registering for UnisonSteadfast Independence Day Conference 2026, the Attendee acknowledges that they have read and understood all Terms & Conditions as stated below. The Attendee hereby expressly waives and releases any and all claims, now known or hereafter known, against the Organizer.

Registration
Participants can register online via the official IDC website at https://idc.unisonsteadfast.com/.
On-site registration is not available.
Standard Registration for the event will close on September 1, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. (CEST). Late registrations will be available upon request and are subject to UnisonSteadfast’s approval.
Registration Fee
Registration Fee includes admission to all sessions of the conference program and networking events (Welcome Reception, Gala Dinner, Team Building and shuttles to the events) as well as all presentations and material available post conference.
Payment of Registration Fee
Registration fees must be paid prior to the conference. We will invoice you accordingly. Admission to the conference will be refused if payment has not been received.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation by UnisonSteadfast
UnisonSteadfast is currently planning an in-person event. Should the need arise to change to a fully virtual program, UnisonSteadfast will communicate to you accordingly.
Force Majeure
UnisonSteadfast may cancel the planned in-person event in case of force majeure, being force majeure any unforeseeable circumstances which are unavoidable and make it impossible to host an event such as war, revolts, terrorist acts, pandemics, natural disasters or any other cause that seriously affects the place where the event is planned to be hosted.
In case of cancellation through UnisonSteadfast, UnisonSteadfast will provide refund for the participation fee. The refund will be returned as soon as practicable via the same payment method as the original receipt of funds.
Cancellation by attendee
UnisonSteadfast must be notified of any cancellation in writing (via e-mail) by September 1, 2026 at the latest. Cancellations received after September 1, 2026 and no-shows will not be refunded. Cancellations of Late Registrations cannot be refunded. However, an alternative delegate name may be provided in writing and the registration and funds will be allocated accordingly.
Participants submitting notice of cancellation after September 1, 2026 or failing to show up for the conference will be charged the full participation fee.
Where there are extenuating circumstances, a refund outside of these terms in this document may be considered by and at the discretion of UnisonSteadfast.
Liability and Compensation
Should the conference be disrupted or even prevented from taking place altogether as a result of unforeseen political events, industrial action or force majeure, UnisonSteadfast shall not be liable to pay any compensation. Furthermore, the organizers deny liability for any personal loss by or injury to participants during the event. Participants are strongly advised to take out their own personal insurance.
Accommodation
Hilton Mexico City Reforma is the official conference hotel of the IDC 2026.

The group conference rates are exclusive and valid for the participants of the conference only. Conference rates are allowed for one day pre and post the event, subject to availability. To guarantee the negotiated rates for the IDC 2026, all reservation requests are to be made via UnisonSteadfast.
Booking instructions will be sent to you by UnisonSteadfast with your registration confirmation. The official deadline for all hotel reservations is September 3, 2026 (60 days prior to arrival).
Please be kindly advised that room rates and availability cannot be guaranteed after this date.
Deposit, Guarantee and Payment
Accommodation booking will require credit card details. Credit card details are to be submitted to Hilton Mexico City Reforma only.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
All changes or cancellations must be made in writing via e-mail to idc@unisonsteadfast.com.
If cancelled before September 3, 2026, no penalty applies. After this date, the full stay may be charged.
Cancellations, modifications, reductions of stay, no-shows after September 3, 2026
All changes/cancellations shall be made in writing and sent via e-mail to idc@unisonsteadfast.com. All cancellation requests are subject to the following conditions:
If the guest cancels or modifies the hotel reservation before the official deadline for reservations on September 3, 2026, no penalties will be charged. All cancellations received after this date can be charged for the whole stay if the room cannot be resold.
Booking modifications after the official deadline for reservations are available upon request.
UnisonSteadfast is currently planning an in-person event. Should the need arise to change to a fully virtual program, UnisonSteadfast reserves the right to release the entire room block reserved for the event. No cancellation fees apply in the case of the room block cancellation through UnisonSteadfast (Force Majeure).
Use of personal information consent
We are committed to protecting the privacy of all personal information you provide for this event registration. Your personal information provided including your name, position, organization, address, phone details and a photo (optional) will be displayed on the UnisonSteadfast conference app and provided to our sponsors.
By selecting 'I consent' you will be consenting for the collection, display and distribution of personal information in connection with the IDC 2026 as outlined above.

Disclaimer
By registering for the IDC 2026, you acknowledge and consent that during your attendance of the IDC 2026 your image or voice may be recorded via video and/or photograph, which may be distributed or published at the discretion of UnisonSteadfast. If you do not wish to be recorded, you are required to formally advise via e-mail to UnisonSteadfast at idc@unisonsteadfast.com.
